Postage and Packing for negatives/slides/scans are on a sliding scale based mostly on final weight value.  This charge starts at £2.88 for smaller orders.

Our processing charges do not reflect or incorporate unlimited liability. We take all reasonable care with customer's property (including originals) and photographic film accepted for processing, however The Company's liability for any loss or damage, be it as a result of negligence or otherwise, is limited in the case of any one transaction to the replacement value of any such materials supplied by the customer, such material being accepted only on the clear understanding that their replacement value does not exceed the current retail price of equivilent new materials. Furthermore, The Company shall not be liabe in any circumstances for consequential loss, special damages, or other indirect loss, however caused.  It shall be for the Customer to insure, should they so wish, against any loss or damage both in transit to and from The Company, and whilst at the Company's place of business. Our workload for different types of processing sometimes varies but we work to a maximum of 10 days turnaround during slow periods.  Usually films will be processed and dispatched within a week of our receiving them.
